TO OUR PATIENTS: COVID-19

24th of March, 2020

Looking after the health and safety of our staff and patients is our absolute priority, given the unprecedented situation in the UK regarding the rapidly spreading COVID-19, we feel we must use our own clinical judgment, lead by government guidelines, and act in the best interest of our patients and staff.

We feel that it is essential that we do our part to reduce the spread of this virus, and so, it is with a heavy heart, that we have taken the decision to temporarily close the practice until it is safe to everyone to re-open. We shall keep you all up-to-date on our website as to when routine appointments will return to normal.

To offer a continuing service to our registered patients of the practice we shall be operating an Emergency telephone consultation service for our patients who have urgent pain or swelling during this period of closure.

Please contact the practice on the usual number 01684 572357 from Monday 30th March 2020 and here you will find all the information you will require to get in contact with a qualified member of our team.

We would like to thank you all for your support and understanding in this time of crisis and hope that you all stay safe and well for the duration of this virus - social distancing is key, we can get through this together by staying at home!

Kind Regards
The partners, Rhondda and Agnes
